1. The Mark of Athena by Rick Riordan. I decided to read this book because I am a huge fan of mythology. When I began to read the original Percy jackson series I was immediatley addicted to Riordan's books.
2. Stronger by Micheal Carroll. In the first three books of that series three teenagers that have extraordinary super powers such as super strength, super speed, and the ability to fly. I thought it would be fun to do have those powers then I wondered how I would use them so I kept on reading and got to liking it.
3. Outcast by Michelle Paver. When Torak's father is killed by a demonic bear torak's runs for his life and finds a wolf pup. At first he was going to skin and eat it, but he decided to nurse it to health and keep it. Little did he know that this pup would soon become his best friend and also save Torak's life multiple times.
4. Maze Runner by James Dashner. Thomas wakes up to find himself in the glade. A massive maze that every 30 days a new boy is brought to. But the next day something surprising happens. The first girl ever to be in the glade appears, she brings a terrifying message along with her.
 5. Halo: The Fall of Reach by Eric S. Nylund. Human civilization has flourished. They have expanded to deep outer space. John aka spartan 117 goes through training to become a super soldier and survives, just before mankinds greatest threat so far show's its face... The Covenant.
6. Halo: the Flood by william C. Dietz. Reach has fallen and masterchief barely gets away with his life. He crash lands on a giant space construct that's in the shape of a ring. A ring with and unspeakable evil inside it and a dark secret. Will our hero survive?
7. Halo: The First Strike by Eric S. Nylund. Masterchief is back with some of the members of the original spartan II's. They have defended and lost numerous battles in the war that they are waging.But now it's time to strike back, now its time to take the fight to the covenant.
8. Halo: Cryptum: Book one of the forerunner saga by Greg Bear. Long ago before humans or the covenant, there was a civilization of highly intellegent beings. We call them the forerunners. They waged war against the flood, a living disease that only exists to consume other life. They saw that the flood would eventually win so they devised a plan. A plan that would destroy everything.
9. Halo: Uprising # 1 by Brian Micheal Bendis. There was the halo 1 game. Then there was the halo 2 game. This book fills in the gap between those games as our favorite super soldier continue's to fight the covenant still.
10. Halo: The Ghosts of Onyx by Eric Nylund. This book takes place with the super soldier's or spartan III's. In the secret training camp for spartans. Little do they know that they are being watched and recorded, and they are about to be in the fight of their lives.
